It looks like I ate more today than usual, but it was healthier than the pizza and cupcakes, and I only ate one dinner, so I'm going to call it a success. Besides - it's not about eating less. It's about eating better.
- 1 cup of Earl Grey tea
- 1 cup of peppermint herbal tea
- 1 bowl of corn chex with 1% milk
- 1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich
- 1 banana
- 1 bowl of cottage cheese with jelly
- 1 serving of meat loaf
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 piece of friendship bread
