Food Log 5

I had one kind of calorie splurge for the day, but overall I have been keeping with the diet mindset pretty well. It's just hard when I need snack foods. Need to find healthy snack foods.

- 1 cup of Earl Grey tea
- 1 bowl of Grapenut Flakes with 1% milk
- 1 chocolate milkshake
- 1 plate of fish and chips
- 1 cup of cottage cheese with jelly
