I've got to get out of the house tomorrow. I should still Wii Fit, but I might just do a body test and skip the training. It's so awkward when everyone is home. I'll go for a bike ride instead.
- 30 minute Wii Fit
- 2 mile walk
- 100 jumping jacks
- 10 minutes of arm work with the free weights
